Hiking Table Mountain.

A few weeks ago my Dad and Penny were camping in the Beaver Mines area so we decided to meet them out there and spend the day with them. The closest hike to where they were camping was Table Mountain. This is actually one of my favourite hikes but it is hard. Pretty much uphill the whole way and the last section is really steep, so I wasn't sure if my kids, especially Hayley, could do it. We decided to just go for it. Go as far as we wanted with no pressure to make it all the way to the top. Well the kids did awesome. Hayley was a beast and we all made it to the top. I guess they have hiking in their blood. I love being able to share my love for hiking with my family. After the hike we had a campfire and roasted smokies and visited for a bit, then headed home. It was such a nice day.
