Living with Gratitude.

One of the most important things I try and do each day is live with gratitude. I usually start my day writing in my journal and at the end I list 3 things that I am grateful for. Sometimes these things are well thought out and detailed, sometimes they are just simple things that are pretty obvious. Either way, I feel like it helps me live life in the present and more fully. It helps me to feel happy and inspired. I guarantee you that if your having a bad day, feeling down, or can't stop thinking negatively just start thinking of things you are grateful for and it will change your mood. It will help you appreciate life and feel blessed. I thought I'd share some of the things I wrote in my journal over the last month that I am grateful for. And if you don't have a gratitude journal. You should. Just saying.

-The internet. How much knowledge is out there and is ours for the taking. Anything you want to know, its there for you. The way it connects us, and through that connection we can be inspired.

-The birds chirping outside my window. It helps me feel connected to the Earth and lets me know that Spring has truly arrived. That brings hope into my heart.

-For my bedroom. It has become such a peaceful place for me to enjoy my self care in. My own little private oasis. I have everything I need in here and it is away from all the hustle and noise of the rest of the house.

-My booty. It just gives me so much power. I use to feel so self conscious and negative about it but I've learned to accept it and more importantly, love it. Its probably my favourite body part now and doing booty exercises are my jam.

-My bed. Its so cozy and I love getting into it after a full day. I love sleeping and feeling re-energized in the morning.

-Big windows in my house that bring in so much natural light. I love the sun shining into my house, warming it up and make it bright.

-play dates with cousins. The kids just go hard and have so much fun. I am so glad they have each other and that even covid can't keep us apart.

-that I have the confidence to wear crop tops.

-my strong and healthy body. My body can do amazing things. I hardly ever get sick and have no health problems. It has always been strong for me and continues to thrive every single day.

-my new cinnamon tea. It is so tasty and just feels cozy and comforting.

-exercise. That it gets me moving and gets my body flowing with energy. That it makes me feel strong and capable, and ready to take on anything. I also like feeling tight and toned.

-that I am exactly where I need to be.
