Awhile back Tamara and I were sitting around feeling like winter was sucking the life out of us when we decided we should go somewhere. With limited funds we decided Vegas would be the perfect place, especially because Tamara has a friend with a house there and we'd be able to stay for free. We looked into flights and before you know it we had booked our trip and it was definitely going to happen. It also ended up that her friend Kristina was moving back to Vegas and would be back living in her house when we got there. Perfect girls getaway.
We drove to Great Falls and flew out from there. It was so fun to leave behind our -10 degree weather and land in +18 degree weather.

Goodbye Great Falls and the cold |

From the sky it looked we were going to land on another planet |

I guess it kind of is lol. Literally the first thing we saw when we walked off the airplane |

Hello Las Vegas |

Reunited and ready for adventure |
We made it to Kristina's and got settled and then headed right to the strip. We explored Caesar's Palace, the Bellagio, watched the fountain show, and the volcano erupt outside the Mirage. Vegas at night is so spectacular. So much to see. We took about a billion pictures. Are you ready for them.
We found the coolest candy store called sugar. They had some really interesting stuff. Upstairs they had a candy martini bar with the biggest drinks I have ever seen. Of course we had to try one.

First night was a huge success. We had so much fun exploring.
