Christmas in Canmore.

We changed things up this year and rented a condo with Roy and Connie in Canmore for Christmas. Shannon and Jody live there so we had all the festivities at their house, but its too small to sleep all of us so we slept at the condo. It was busy and fun, and I think the highlight for me was getting to go to Jody's pizza place Red Rock Pizza to learn how to make our own pizza's and then ate them for Christmas Eve dinner. So.much.fun! It was just as Christmas should be and we enjoyed every second of it. Hayley ended up coughing and feeling feverish during the night so I didn't sleep very well. It was nice to have the condo to come back to on Christmas day to have some down time and to nap. There was an out door hot pool there and even though it was super cold, like -26 the kids really wanted to go swim. We thought it might be like a hot Spring but it definitely wasn't as hot. We only let the kids swim for 10 minutes. Way too cold. It was special to have Christmas in the mountains for sure. Boxing day we packed up and headed to my Dad's in Okotoks for a couple of days to celebrate with the Malacko's. Now, an extreme picture over load.
