A Tea Party.

My aunt and cousin hosted a girl's tea party at the end of July for all the girl's in our family. They went over and above like they usually do, and everything was incredible. The food, the activities, the company. It was amazing and so much fun for all of us. My aunt even made clotted cream for her biscuits. Which if anyone knows, that is like a 24 hour job. It was definitely the highlight for me. So delicious. The little girls brought sun hats and my aunt had a table full of crafty things for them to decorate with. My Gramma and her two sisters were able to come and it really was one of the highlights of my summer. Family is truly the best.

Well summer is half over and I don't like it one bit. July was so good to us. We've been enjoying the great outdoors, spending tons of time at the pool, and really enjoying our freedom. The kids especially love staying up late, sleeping in, and hanging out with friends daily. There have been sleepovers and birthday parties, BBQ's and tea parties. McKenna has also been busy with lyrical choreography, a group pilates session once a week, and a ballet intensive with a small jr ballet group choreography. Dance never really completely ends for us but we are not complaining. She loves spending time with her dance friends.

A house update: Not much going on there. We've only had one showing all summer. We've been looking at houses and new options and I gotta say, its pretty depressing. Nothing even compares to our home and its been a little disappointing to say the least. I'm really starting to rethink this selling and moving business, but I'll keep ya posted.
