She's five!

Hayley turned five last week. I can hardly believe that my baby is staring Kindergarten in a few short weeks. I love how sweet and sassy she is, how independent she's becoming, and her excitement for all the big and little things in life. We have been spending a lot of time at Henderson Pool this summer and she is becoming quite the swimmer. I was surprised at how fearless she became and is even swimming really good on her own in the deep end. She loves the water and wanted to go to Henderson for her birthday. The whole family (yes even Ryan) went to Henderson late afternoon and we brought her little friend Faith with us. We swam for a bit, had supper, swam again, and then did presents and cake. Uncle Cody met us there too. It was a beautiful evening. Hayley had so much fun. We got her goggles for her birthday. They look massive on her, but they were the one's she wanted. She also got a lot of toys. She loves her little people toys. It was the perfect way to celebrate our little Hayley bean.

Hayley is also getting ready for Kindergarten. She can write her name really well, and counts all the way to 60 (thanks Gramma Olsen for helping her with that), she is also learning how to wipe her own bum (yay for me!). We seriously love her to the moon and back.
